Who we are
Razi Consulting Services LLC ("we") makes DataPulse AI. For the personal data described here we are the controller. Contact: connect@raziconsulting.com.
This website
- We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. The site loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
When you email us
If you email us, for example to book a demo, we use your name, email address and what you tell us to reply, arrange the demo and follow up. We keep that correspondence while we are in contact and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it.
Business contacts we reach out to
We contact people at companies that use Databricks about DataPulse AI, by business email or LinkedIn.
- What we hold: your name, role, business email address or LinkedIn profile, and your company. Never a personal email address.
- Where it comes from: public professional sources, such as LinkedIn and company websites, and published Databricks customer stories about your company. Each message says where we found you.
- Why: to tell you about a product relevant to your role. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our basis is legitimate interests, and you can object at any time.
- How long: we delete your contact details six months after our last message if you never replied, and at once if you opt out. We then keep only an entry on our suppression list, so that we do not contact you again.
- What we do not do: buy or rent lists, scrape, share your details with anyone else, or track whether you opened a message.
Your rights
Reply "no thanks" to any message, or email connect@raziconsulting.com, and we will stop contacting you within two business days. Depending on where you live, you can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
The DataPulse AI product
DataPulse AI runs inside the customer's own Databricks account. It sends nothing to us: no telemetry, no usage data and no customer data. See the security overview.

We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
